Megan Fox’s Transformers workout revamped.
Do the circuit three to five times and do at least an hour of cardio five days a week if you are trying to lose weight. Drink lots of water, at least two liters a day, and try to drink one to three glasses of green tea sweetened with honey and lemon if you desire (yes, that can count towards your daily water intake) Keep most of your intake vegetables and watch your salt.
You’ll be amazed at how you transform in a month, guaranteed. :)

Jessica Alba’s hot body workout and diet!

Jessica Alba’s Workout Routine:

–> This is a sample 40 minute home workout that Jessica used to quickly lose her pregnancy weight and get back into excellent shape.

 

–> Alba starts with 10 minutes of cardio work, jogging lightly for the first 2 minutes, followed by running 6 minutes hard and then jogging the last 2 minutes.

–> Next, Jessica rocks a weight training circuit.  She performs 3 sets of 20 repetitions using 3-lb dumbbells, for the following exercises:

1) Lateral shoulder raises

2) Reverse flys

3) Alternating forward lunges combo’d with bicep curls

–> After this brief strength training circuit, Alba heads back to the treadmill for more interval cardio.  This time, she completes a 5 minute session consisting of 30 seconds of light jogging, alternating with 30 seconds of sprinting.

–> After this, Jessica hits up more weight training, again performing 3 sets of 30 repetitions using 3-lb dumbbells, for the following exercises:

1) Chest presses

2) Squats combo’d with shoulder presses

3) Tricep dips

–> After this, Alba hops back on the treadmill for another 5 minute cardio session, using the same 30 seconds of jogging, alternating with 30 seconds of sprinting.

–> Now it’s time for core work.  Alba completes just 1 round of 20 repetitions for the following exercises:

1) Bicycle crunches

2) Reverse crunches

3) Plank hold x 30 seconds

Jessica Alba’s Diet Plan:

–> Jessica’s main secret weapon in losing fat and getting tone is portion control…and she reports being very good at resisting junk food and not overeating at restaurants.  This is key to creating a toned body like Jessica Alba, no doubt…

–> Alba is very carb-conscious and leaves breads, bagels, pastas and desserts off limits…but will give in once in a while and have chocolate cake for a special treat.

–> Jessica’s typical diet plan includes lots of lean meat, fruits, veggies, whole grains and low fat cheeses.  Here’s a sample day of eating for Jessica Alba:

Breakfast – 1 cup of oatmeal with berries and 3-4 egg whites (scrambled)

Lunch – Salad with 6 oz of chicken breast, salmon, or tuna

Dinner – Sashimi or 6 oz of filet of beef (or other lean protein), lots of veggies and 3 small red potatoes

Snacks – A handful of almonds or popcorn

Transformers Workout for Megan Fox’s Hot Body!

Transformers Workout for a Megan Fox Body:

—> Complete the following body weight circuit with absolutely NO rest in between exercises

1a. 45-degree lunges (instead of stepping straight out in front, step out and to the side at a 45-degree angle, push off your heel back to start position and alternate) x 15 reps per leg

1b. Jumping jacks x 50 reps (fast as you can go, full range of motion)

1c. Push-ups x 12 reps (if you can’t do regular push-ups, do them off your knees until you get stronger)

1d. Lying hip extensions x 20 reps (see the 2nd video on this post for proper form —> lying hip extensions)

1e. Burpees x 10 reps (no push-up at bottom, but include jump at top position…you can check out this video for proper form —> burpees)

1f. Squat jumps x 12 reps (explode through the jump; don’t sacrifice form on the lowering phase)

1g. Plank x 30 secs (keep back flat, abs tight, body weight is on forearms and toes only)

1h. High knees x 30 secs (as fast as you can go, bringing knees up as high as possible)

—> This is one circuit.  Rest 90 secs and repeat 1-3 times, depending on your fitness level.

—> Include 3-5 cardio workouts each week (in addition to this Megan Fox Workout)

*I would personally do the circuit at least 3 times. And for the cardio, aim for an hour if you’re trying to lose weight. :)
